Shipping policy

Everything's embroidered to order, so there are two clocks running: making it, then shipping it.

Free shipping

Free US shipping on orders over $50. One shirt gets you close; two gets you there. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Production time

Every piece is stitched after you order it, which takes 2 to 5 business days. Embroidery takes longer than printing. Worth it.

Shipping time

Once it ships, US delivery is 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link the moment it leaves.

Most orders land within 4 to 10 business days total. Faster than your IT ticket.

Where we ship

US only, for now. International is on the roadmap — somewhere between "soon" and "we'll circle back."
